FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Got Questions? We've Got Answers.

No. Your payroll provider still runs payroll, files taxes and cuts checks. myCrewIQ prepares a payroll import file laid out for your provider, with your earnings codes and paycheck line items, and you import it yourself. Test-import one file before relying on it.

It is optional. Scan paper W-4s, I-9s and employee information packets, check anything flagged, and download a new-hire file for your payroll system instead of typing every packet by hand. Formats vary by provider, so send us your provider's new-hire import template and test-import one file first. Employee IDs still come from your payroll provider.

You upload your agreements and pay policies, and myCrewIQ turns them into a rule set, including details like a cap that applies to only one fund or a fund that applies to one classification. You confirm every rule before it is used, and it never changes a figure written on a sheet; differences come to you as questions. Each month it prepares a contribution report for every fund from the approved hours. You review and remit; myCrewIQ never sends money to a fund.

Yes. Each show runs on the agreement or pay policy you confirm for it, so different crews and shows can follow different rules. Every crew goes through the same scan, review and approval before anything reaches payroll.

From the floor, a foreman or coordinator photographs the signed sheet on a phone. From the office, you upload a batch of scans at once. The myCrewIQ sign-in sheet is read automatically; your own sheet can be photographed and its lines entered beside the scan. Customizable sheets are available on request.

myCrewIQ shows its reading next to the original line and asks you to confirm or correct it. Nothing reaches a payroll file until every flagged line is reviewed, and the original scan stays attached to the approved record.

Yes. It is an optional add-on. Every approved timesheet updates the show's budget by phase. For the next scheduled day it works out how many people the remaining budget affords against the planned call, and shows every input so you can check the math. It also flags days that ran over plan.

Your wage sheet, your crew roster with the employee IDs your payroll provider uses, and the agreements and pay policies you work under. A single-city contractor is usually running within the first week. Essentials includes a guided setup call, and on Pro we set up your pay rules with you.

Yes. Starter includes 1 user, Essentials 3, and Pro and Enterprise unlimited. Anyone you allow can scan sheets in or view the budget; only the people you choose can edit and approve payroll.

Plans are priced per account by the number of sign-in sheets you process each year, not by headcount. There are no per-employee fees, crew in the system cost nothing, and we tell you before any overage. Founding-customer pricing is locked for 12 months; full pricing is on the home page.
