Payroll, labor budgets, and every CBA-compliant contribution report your crews need — union or non-union, monthly to yearly. It all starts with one photo of the job-site timesheet.
Get the hours wrong and it's not a spreadsheet problem — it's a short paycheck, a missed pension contribution, a benefits report that doesn't add up. Accuracy is what protects what people have already earned.
A supervisor photographs the timesheet. myCrewIQ handles the rest — extraction, validation, calculation, and every report that follows. The data is captured once and never re-keyed.
A sign-in sheet built for the field — union or non-union, install or dismantle. Crews fill it out by hand on the job; myCrewIQ scans it into payroll, reports, and a live labor budget.

The OCR pipeline was tested against three real union convention-services job datasets. Every flagged field resolved to 100% accuracy after structured QA.
myCrewIQ was built by Dakota "Cody" Burandt — and for him, the union isn't a market. It's the family he was born into.
His great-grandfather, William Hogan, started Teamsters Local 714 in 1950s Chicago — his partner was Jimmy Hoffa. Four generations later, Cody has worked the labor side of the trade-show floor since he was seventeen.
He spent twelve years at Freeman, the largest trade-show contractor in the world, rising from the Chicago warehouse floor to Regional Operations Manager for all of Southern California — running labor on some of the biggest shows on the planet. In 2012 he stood up the payroll operation for Freeman's Chicago electrical division from scratch, when the work moved over from the McCormick Place electricians. That system started on handwritten timesheets and is still running today.
He's sat across the table from the locals — IBEW, the Teamsters — and he knows the CBAs cold: the rate windows, the overtime cutoffs, the pension and trust reports, and the endless re-keying it takes to turn one paper timesheet into a dozen required outputs. myCrewIQ is the tool he always wished he had.
It isn't a concept deck. It's proven in the field, built by someone who has lived and breathed this work his entire career — one clean photo of the sheet, every downstream record handled.
