# myCrewIQ

> myCrewIQ turns handwritten crew sign-in sheets from trade shows, conventions and live events into payroll-ready records that the customer reviews, approves and imports into its own payroll system, with union contribution reports and a live labor budget from the same record.

Crews keep signing paper. A supervisor photographs each sheet with a phone browser; once the supervisor has opened the show with signal, later photos wait on the phone when there is none and send when it returns. A vision model reads the myCrewIQ sign-in sheet, and every machine-read value stays marked until a person checks it against the photo; a value the sheet cannot support is left blank and flagged, never guessed. The customer's own agreement becomes a rule set the customer confirms; it checks each line's straight time, overtime and double time and raises differences as questions, never changing a written figure.

myCrewIQ prepares payroll-ready data; the customer approves it and imports it through its own payroll system. myCrewIQ never connects to or submits to a payroll, tax, banking or fund system, never runs payroll or remits union contributions, and Social Security numbers never enter it. myCrewIQ, LLC is based in Huntington Beach, California; its founder is Dakota "Cody" Burandt.

The site at https://mycrewiq.com is a homepage and six pages. The homepage headline is "Paper sign-in sheets in. Payroll files out. Nothing changes on the show floor." and its subline is "Scan your current timesheets. Check any messy handwriting right beside the original scan, approve, and export straight to ADP, Paychex, or Gusto." The homepage walks through three steps (keep the paper sheets on the tables and scan them; fix messy handwriting flagged beside the original scan and approve; download payroll files and track the live labor budget and benefit contribution reports), then the console video, measured results, trust and security, pricing and the Request Access form. Two plan add-ons sit beside the plans. The Live Labor Budget Tool sets each show's planned crew labor against actual and forecast cost as sign-in sheets are read and reviewed. The New-Hire Onboarding Tool takes W-4s, I-9s and employee information packets by drag and drop and produces an import-ready new-hire file for the customer's own payroll system; it does not assign employee IDs. Employee IDs come from the customer's payroll provider after that file is imported, the customer adds them to the roster it uploads to the console, and that is how payroll lines are matched.

The topic files below explain trade show and live event labor and where myCrewIQ fits. They name real organizations only to describe the work; myCrewIQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or integrated with any of them.
